At Pre-Ph.D Submission Seminar

At Pre-Ph.D submission seminar held on 4/12/2014 at PG Dept and Research Center in English, MG College, Ahemadpur. My research scholar Vinod Sonavane has given a wonderful PPT presentation. After seminar visited few depts and IQAC of college and discussed on NAAC issues. A good and fruitful day with Dr. Nivargi, Dr. Jogdand, Dr. Khillare, Dr. Vyaghra  and Principal Dr Bagade sir.

Apurva, my daughter bagged third price in painting competition organized by Daily Lokmat & Rotary Club, Udgir. 3200 student contestants were appeared for this grand competition. She received price at the hands of Hon’ble Ashokrao Patil Ekambekar and in presence of  Bhagwansingh Bayas, Dy S.P., Udgir, Principal Kanase,  Office bearers of 

Rotary club and other dignitaries.

At my birthplace

Was at my birthplace in last week. A wonderful day. This is the old mansion built by my grandfather. Later inner renovations are made by my father. This is our birthplace. We all brothers took our primary education there only. We have got so many memories there with our Wada where we grew up and our village deity Papnash Temple. Our kids are very fond of it. Twice or trice in every year each of us visit it with all family members. Our frequencies are lesser but my father still stays there some period in the month to look after farm.  

At Hottal

Happened to visit the 11th century temples dating back to the Kalyani-Chalukya era at Hottal near Degloor which is near the point where Andhra, Maharashtra and Karnataka boundaries meet. What a wonderful art it is! Felt very bad to see that it is neglected by archaeologists n Govt.

Talking about my alma mater in NAAC Peer Team’s interaction with alumni held on 11 Aug 2014 at Dayanand Arts College, Latur. With Prof J. Prabhash (Pro Vice-Chancellor, University of Kerala), Prof Niranjan Roy (Assam University, Silchar), Princ Kiran Jain (Kurukshetra), Justice Naik (Rtd, Bombay High Court), and Adv Giri. I wish all the best for its reaccreditation by NAAC. 

At my Alma Mater

Being felicitated for my contribution to research publications and books at my Alma Mater Dayanand Arts College, Latur on Sun 3rd Aug 2014 on occasion of ‘Pre-NAAC Visit Alumni Meet’. My Alma Mater is facing reaccreditation process by NAAC on 11th Aug 14. I wish all the BEST for its  reaccreditation.

After my function of books launch n my talk at SNDTW University, just visited Bandra Sea-link ‘Bandstand Promenade’. A wonderful seashore in Mumbai! Thanks Dr Vishwanath for introducing me to this wonderful place and taking my photos n sending me!
