Yesterday, Apurva was honored with the prestigious recognition of securing the top rank in the Master’s program in English, earning the highest merit throughout the university. This momentous achievement was celebrated at a grand ceremony organized by her alma mater, MUMU. Yesterday, I acted as an external referee for the Ph.D. viva voce examination of Mr. Sachin Pandit, a doctoral scholar working under the supervision of Dr. Jayant Choudhary at the Government Vidarbha Institute of Science and Humanities, Amravati. The viva was conducted in online mode through video conferencing (VC). Officials of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and the Government Vidarbha Institute of Science and Humanities, Amravati—including the Academic Dean, Head of the Department, faculty members, and research scholars—were present during the proceedings and expressed their appreciation for the candidate’s presentation and scholarly defense.
